The following information has been prepared to provide those who are considering to joinSales Marker with an overview of how to become a member of Sales Marker and the benefits we offer.
正社員・業務委託ともにフルフレックスタイム制を導入しています。 （フレキシブルタイムは5:00〜22:00、コアタイムなし）
We have introduced a full flex-time system for both full-time employees and outsourced workers. (Flexible hours are from 5:00 to 22:00, no core hours)
現在は、出社&リモートワークで業務を進めています。メンバーも全員ZoomやMeetを利用することで、リモートでも、コミュニーケーションの質・量ともに落とすことなく、業務をしています。 週2回出社推奨としています。
地方や海外在住のメンバー（福岡/大阪/香港/アメリカ 他）も多数在籍しています。
Currently, we are working by coming to the office & working remotely. All members use Zoom and Meet to work remotely without losing quality or quantity of communication. We encourage employees to come to work twice a week.
We also have many members who live in other regions or overseas (Fukuoka/Osaka/Hong Kong/USA, etc.).
